Ultra-low maintenance and easy to install, our new Class B Fire Rated Composite Cladding is the simple and straightforward way to finish horizontal or vertical surfaces, creating a pristine finish that’s compliant with fire safety regulations. The composite cladding is fire rated Class B, which means it has been certified for use on office buildings and hotels of any height, as well as buildings measuring less than 18m including residential dwellings.
These capped composite cladding panels are manufactured from the same composite material as our decking boards – 55% recycled wood, 40% recycled HDPE plastic plus 5% additives (colour, bonding agent etc.). The composite cladding panels are then surrounded by a protective shell which makes them extra durable and water-resistant. Our advanced Dino Shield™ polymer sleeve is the thickest protective layer available on the UK market.
Our capped Fire Rated Composite Cladding can offer extreme protection from the elements, with extra UV protection to reduce colour fade from exposure to the sun’s strong rays. Also offering impressive stain and mould resistance, the waterproof coating helps to prevent the growth of algae and mould to keep the panel surfaces pristine, which becomes important if the panels are to be located in hard to reach high or inaccessible areas where cleaning and maintenance become an issue.
Designed to look as good as new for longer, this Fire Rated Composite Cladding provides the natural look of wood, but will not rot, warp, splinter, crack or split whatever the weather, making it a cost-efficient choice. Installation is quick and simple using standard tools and our hidden fastener system, which leaves a flawless, fixing-free finish.
The Class B Fire Rated Composite Cladding is designed to complement our Premium Composite Decking. Supplied in 3 matching colours, the cladding panels measure 4 metres in length, and feature an attractive wood grain finish which complements both the ridged and wood grain sides of the deck panels.
