Delivery Method
Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or a courier. Please see below for more information.
Please note unfortunately we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland, due to high delivery costs to offshore islands. If this affects you, we would still welcome your custom. Please be aware we can deliver to an address of your choice on the UK mainland and you can arrange delivery from there. Alternatively the goods can be collected. Please contact us for further details.
Composite Decking Boards, Composite Fencing and Composite Cladding
Our delivery process for composite cladding, fencing and composite decking is simple and easy, meaning that you get your decking faster.
Pre-delivery
- Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 1 – 3 working days, refer to the above table for lead times during busy periods.
- If your order is large and you need it more urgently than this, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Don’t be afraid to talk to us, we are here to help you!
- If the assigned delivery date is not convenient, get in touch, and we will attempt to re-arrange delivery to a day that is convenient for you.
During Delivery
- Deliveries take place between 7 am and 8 pm on the allocated day. Our driver will contact you via telephone at least an hour before.
- Our decking boards will be delivered on a 3.5T Sprinter vans or flatbed van. Please make sure suitable access is available to the property before ordering. We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be made due lack of access to your property.
- We don’t want to leave your composite decking, composite fencing or composite cladding in the wrong place. If you know where you would like your materials to be left, please tell us.
- Our deliveries can be completed without any one at home. Please speak with the driver on the delivery call on the day and explain where you would like the materials to be delivered to.
Curbside/front of property delivery.
The delivery is curbside only to the front of the property. You should make sure there is enough room for one of our vans to unload your decking and enough room to place your decking in your desired location. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once it has been delivered.
Joists, Corner Trim & Fascia Board Only Orders
If you wish to order corner trims or fascia boards we can post them to you. As these products measure 2.2m they can be posted by Parcelforce. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to reach you. If the order is large it will be delivered by our van fleet.
The cost of delivery is based on the amount and weight of the product you have ordered. The cost will be calculated on the cart page.
If you have ordered corner trims and fascia boards along with joists and/or decking, they will be delivered along with your joints and/or decking. We like to ensure everything you order is delivered at the same time.
Composite joist and aluminium joist will be delivered by one of our drivers as per the composite decking board deliveries above.
Fastener Only Orders
Smaller items such as fasteners will be delivered by DPD next day delivery. This is a tracked next day service.
Sample Pack Orders
Sample packs will be delivered by DPD next day. This is a tracked next day service and the shipping is free.

Customer Delivery Instructions
Upon checkout you may leave extra delivery instructions. Our drivers and contract drivers can not always meet the requests, however, they are passed onto the drivers.
Delayed Deliveries
In extremely rare cases a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date. This may be due to a reason such as a delivery vehicle breaking down. In such rare circumstances we will do our utter best to get the delivery to you on the same day, however, if we are not successful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification.
